In this particular case, the droopy eye is symptomatic of a syndrome with a name you might remember.Remember Horner&#8217;s syndrome, i.e. ptosis meiosis anhydrosis? Here is the classic cause, carotid dissection, with a meniscal curvilinear appearance of the vessel wall.
