Case 7 - 77-year-old male presents with prostate cancer

<div>HISTORY:&#160;77-year-old male presents with prostate cancer.PRIMARY LOCATION:&#160;Right peripheral zone (RPz).FINDINGS: The prostate measures 5 x 3.7 x 4cm with calculated ellipsoid volume of 48 mL. The calculated PSA density is 0.13.A 1cm wedge-shaped non-mass like hypointensity at the posterolateral aspect of apical right peripheral zone. There is substantive decreased signal intensity on the ADC parametric map in the region with mild early arterial enhancement. No areas of restricted diffusion in the left peripheral zone. Heterogeneous stromal and cystic nodule sinus the transitional zone. No confluent hypointense mass. A small utricle cyst. The seminal vesicles are atrophic. Neurovascular bundle within normal limits.&#160;No lymphadenopathy in the pelvis.&#160;Urinary bladder is distended.&#160;No focal abnormal lesions in the osseous structures.&#160;CONCLUSION:&#160;1. A 1cm wedge-shaped non-mass like hypointensity at the posterolateral apical right peripheral zone (RPz) with substantive decreased signal intensity on the ADC parametric map and mild arterial enhancement. PI-RADS 4. No abnormal signal intensity at the basal and lateral left peripheral zone corresponding to the finding on biopsy.&#160;2. No evidence of regional metastasis.</div>
