<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 12-year-old male presents with left elbow pain for three weeks.(QUIZ ANSWER) PRIMARY FINDING:&#160;Supracondylar fracture.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS: Large elbow joint effusion with intraarticular hemorrhagic debris. No ulna fracture. Microtrabecular Salter-Harris 2 fracture of the radial neck at the radial margin. Supracondylar fracture has both radial and ulnar horizontal component. Fracture does not extend to involve the epiphysis or the cartilaginous surface of the trochlea or capitellum.&#160;Radial collateral ligament, LUCL, ulnar collateral ligament are intact. Regional swelling involves myotendinous origin of both the flexor and extensor group without partial tear or avulsion component.&#160;Biceps, brachialis, triceps intact.&#160;Fracture spares base of the internal epicondyle. Cartilaginous external epicondyle is not injured.&#160;CONCLUSION:&#160;1. Supracondylar fracture with elbow joint effusion. Additional micro/macroimpaction fracture involving the radial neck. Capsular distention noted with subperiosteal stripping along the anterior joint line margin.&#160;2. Importantly, fracture does not have transepiphyseal or intraarticular extension along the articular surface of either capitellum or trochlea.</div>
