<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 31-year-old female presents with right elbow pain which began following the start of softball season.(QUIZ ANSWER) PRIMARY FINDING:&#160;High-grade sprain of UCL.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS: The bones are in anatomic alignment. The bone marrow signal is normal without evidence of occult fracture, stress fracture, or bone contusion. No high-grade arthrosis or chondromalacia noted. Small joint effusion seen. No loose bodies.&#160;&#160;The biceps, triceps, and brachialis tendons are intact.&#160;&#160;The common extensor tendon is intact. Mild tendinosis of the common flexor tendon noted.&#160;Moderate edema and swelling noted about the ulnar collateral ligament with partial tear at the insertion on the sublime tubercle. The radial collateral ligament is intact.&#160;The muscles about the elbow are intact. No evidence of hemorrhage, tear or strain.&#160;No soft tissue mass.&#160;The ulnar nerve is normal in caliber and signal intensity. No evidence of entrapment.&#160;CONCLUSION:&#160;1. High-grade sprain of the ulnar collateral ligament with partial tear at the sublime tubercle. "Peel" lesion, nominal retraction.2. Low-grade common flexor tendinosis.&#160;3. Small joint effusion.</div>
