<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 33-year-old male presents with volar right forearm mass.(QUIZ ANSWER) MOST LIKELY DIAGNOSIS IN THIS CASE:&#160;Hemangioma.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS: Diffuse cavernovenous type of malformation or hemangioma is present lying inter- and intramuscular along the forearm ventral compartment. The mass swings around the ulna and extends distally into the carpal tunnel space for a short distance as far as the proximal pisiform.&#160;The mass rests atop the pronator quadratus but lies deep to the superficial flexors. On the other hand, the mass engulfs the deep flexors including the flexor pollicis. The mass lies just eccentric to the flexor carpi radialis but does not engulf it.&#160;The mass lies just deep to the median nerve, which sits along its radial surface. The ulnar nerve also sits superficial to the mass.&#160;The mass extends off the screen and field of view so that its length exceeds 20cm.CONCLUSION:&#160;1. Enhancing cavernovenous type of hemangioma / malformation with distribution as described. Subtle carpal tunnel extension is noted.&#160;2. Neural distribution as described.</div>
