<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 22-year-old female presents with right hip pain for 6-7 years started while water skiing.&#160;Pain is sharp and clicking with stiffness.PRIMARY FINDING:&#160;Labral tear / detachment.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS:Joint: In the anterosuperior quadrant of the hip with a length of 1.7cm is an anterosuperior labral tear.Osseous: No acetabular abrasion noted.General: Hip effusion is trace.No tear of the ligamentum teres.CONCLUSION:Anterosuperior labral tear/detachment approximately 2cm long, consistent with traumatic injury.</div>
