<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 43-year-old female presents with renal mass.(QUIZ ANSWER) IN THIS CASE, MR SUGGESTS:&#160;AngiomyolipomaUsing the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS:&#160;Kidneys are normal in size and in morphology.&#160;No hydronephrosis or perinephric stranding.&#160;Several subcentimeter foci seen within both kidneys with the largest indexed below:0.4 x 0.5 cm lipid rich focus anterior mid-upper pole right kidney demonstrating bulk fat on the fat suppressed T2 sequence and chemical shift artifact on the opposed phase sequences likely, angiomyolipoma.0.4 x 0.5 cm focus posterior mid right kidney without bulk or microscopic fat demonstrating mixed signal on T2 and hyperintense signal on T1 that measures greater than 2.5 from background on ROI likely, hemorrhagic cyst.A 0.7 x 0.9 cm T2 dark / T1 mildly hyperintense focus posterosuperior left kidney with equivocal chemical shift artifact on the opposed phase sequence but decreased signal on T2 fat suppressed sequences this also appears to follow bulk fat signal suggesting a 2nd AML.Liver is normal in morphology.Gallbladder is distended normally.&#160;The intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts are normal.The spleen is not enlarged.&#160;The pancreas is normal.Adrenal glands are without nodularity.No abdominal ascites.&#160;No aortic aneurysm.Bowel loops are normal without wall thickening or upstream obstruction.&#160;No mesenteric or retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy.CONCLUSION:1. Bilateral renal lesions measuring 0.4 x 0.5 cm and 0.7 x 0.9 cm right and left respectively with MR characteristics suggesting bilateral angiomyolipomas.2. Small hemorrhagic cyst right kidney measures 0.4 x 0.5 cm.</div>
