<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 69-year-old female referred for MRI subsequent to moderate symptoms from kidneys for six months.(QUIZ ANSWER) WITH REGARD TO THE MASS AND KIDNEY, THERE IS:&#160;None of the aboveUsing the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS:&#160;Liver is normal in contour.&#160;No focal lesions.&#160;No intrahepatic biliary dilatation.&#160;No gallstones.&#160;Common bile duct normal in caliber.Pancreas atrophic.&#160;No focal lesions.&#160;No ductal dilatation.Spleen is normal in size.&#160;A 1.8 x 2 cm lesion with heterogeneously increased fluid intensity in the spleen only seen on the long-axis views.A 3 x 3 cm enhancing mass in the parapelvic left kidney.&#160;No gross fat within the mass.&#160;No evidence of involvement of the left renal vein.&#160;Two subcentimeter nonenhancing fluid intensities in the left kidney consistent with cysts.&#160;No hydronephrosis or perinephric stranding.No abdominal lymphadenopathy.CONCLUSION:3 x 3 cm enhancing mass in the parapelvic left kidney, renal cell carcinoma needs to be excluded. Fat poor angiomyolipoma less likelyA 1.8 x 2 cm lesion with increased fluid intensity in the spleen partially imaged.&#160;Dedicated MRI of the spleen with contrast would be useful for further characterization.</div>
