<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 17-year-old female presents with right shoulder pain.PRIMARY FINDING:&#160;Anterior labral tear.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer&#160;(MR),&#160;we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS:&#160;Exam was performed both before and after administration of intraarticular gadolinium.Skeletal: No acute fracture, stress fracture or osseous contusion.&#160;AC joint normal.&#160;Horizontal acromion.&#160;No fluid in the subdeltoid-subacromion bursa.Rotator cuff: Intact.&#160;No undersurface fraying or partial tear.Biceps / labrum: Normal contour articular biceps.&#160;Blunting of the posterior labrum, thin frayed tear anterior labrum at the 2 to 4 o'clock position with associated subperiosteal stripping does not continue into the inferior labrum.Other Soft Tissue / Marrow: No muscular mass, pathologic osseous lesion or evidence of entrapment neuropathy.Muscles: Muscles are normal in size and signal intensity.CONCLUSION:1. Anterior labral tear with periosteal stripping similar to Perthes lesion but at the 2 to 4 o'clock position.&#160;Blunting of the posterior labrum and subtle rounding of the posterior bony glenoid without posterior labral tear or paralabral cyst.&#160;Mild glenoid hypoplasia.2. Relatively thin MGHL.</div>
