<div>HISTORY:&#160;24-year-old female presents with left TMJ pain.(QUIZ ANSWER) OCCURS IN:&#160;All of the above.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS: Closed mouth data set on the left demonstrates an anteriorly positioned disc. Upon opening the disc does not recapture and is displaced anteriorly. Flattening of the chondral eminence is noted. No stress injury.&#160;Closed mouth data set on the right demonstrates an anteriorly positioned disc. Open mouth data sets fail to demonstrate disc recapture. No substantive translation anteriorly is demonstrated.&#160;CONCLUSION:&#160;1. High grade internal derangement on the left. The disc is displaced anteriorly and does not recapture.&#160;2. High grade internal derangement on the right. The disc is displaced anteriorly and does not recapture. Less substantive translation is noted suggestive of a closed locked position.</div>
