<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 89-year-old male presents with left jaw pain for four months, difficulty chewing.(QUIZ ANSWER) NOTABLE CONCLUSION:&#160;All of the above.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS: In regards to the left TMJ, degenerative signal associated with the articular disc. The articular disc is in a normal anatomic location with closed-mouth position and open-mouth position. Synovitis of the left TMJ.&#160;In regards to the right TMJ, degenerative signal associated with the articular disc. Normal location of the articular disc with closed-mouth position and open-mouth position. Slight limited range of motion.&#160;Subtle articular remodeling of each mandibular condyle.&#160;CONCLUSION:&#160;Synovitis of both TMJs with subtle articular remodeling representative of chondromalacia. Degenerative signal associated with each articular disc without dislocation of wither disc. Slightly limited range of motion right TMJ.</div>
