<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 53-year-old female fell at work, and has lingering right thumb pain.(QUIZ ANSWER) PRIMARY FINDING IN THIS CASE:&#160;Ulnar collateral ligament tear.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS: The ulnar collateral ligament is torn, inflamed, and retracted. It has flipped external to the aponeurosis, consistent with a Stener's lesion. There is surrounding inflammation.&#160;Remaining tendons and ligaments appear intact. No macrofractures or microtrabecular injuries are identified.&#160;CONCLUSION:&#160;Stener's lesion and tear of the ulnar collateral ligament.</div>
