<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 26-year-old female presents with right wrist pain.(QUIZ ANSWER) LOCATION OF ACCESSORY BONE IN THIS CASE:&#160;Os hamulare.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS: Swelling of the dorsal capsule of the wrist.&#160;Flexor and extensor tendons are unremarkable. Visualized muscles are unremarkable without atrophy, strain, or edema.&#160;Distal forearm, carpal, and proximal metacarpal bones are unremarkable without fracture, edema, or marrow infiltrating process. An os hamulare (accessory bone) seen.&#160;Remaining visualized soft tissues unremarkable.Triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC), scapholunate ligament, and lunatotriquetral ligament are intact.&#160;CONCLUSION:&#160;1. Swelling of the dorsal capsule of the wrist.&#160;2. An os hamulare (accessory bone) seen.3. No changes in comparison to prior examination.</div>
