Patient History
A 25 year-old male patient presents with chest pain. Physical examination is remarkable for ectopia lentis

Findings
There is dilatation of the aortic root at the sinuses (annulo-aortic ectasia), effacement of the sinotubular junction, mitral valve prolapse and regurgitation. The aortic valve is tricuspid.
