Findings
Concentric left ventricular hypertrophy greatest in the basal segments
Diffuse late gadolinium enhancement in the left ventricular walls. Dark appearance of the blood pool
Enhancement of the right ventricular walls and the atrial walls
Impressions
Cardiac MRI findings consistent with amyloidosis.
