Patient History
50 year old patient with right heart failure.

Findings
There is circumferential pericardial thickening greater than 4 mm. There is diastolic septal bounce and paradoxical motion towards the left ventricle accentuated on inspiration on free breathing real time images. Note flattening of the septum on the real time capture images in image B and cine clips.

Left and right ventricular size and systolic function are normal.
