Patient History
A young female patient presents with arrhythmia. Cine MR still images in short axis and four-chamber views (diastole and systole) are shown. See also cine clips. Delayed enhancement images not shown were negative for LGE.
Findings
Aneurysmal segments in the anterior wall of the right ventricle, dilated right ventricle, and a reduced systolic function.
Impressions
Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy (ARVC)
