This 49-year-old male presents with metastatic gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) with pain, recent bowel obstruction.
In this case, there is a lobulated and multinodular, well-defined, heterogeneous, lower abdominal and upper pelvic mass effacing the abdominal wall anteriorly, sigmoid colon posteriorly, and bladder inferiorly. Are there evident signs of infiltration or invasion?
