Patient History
CMR sequences including resting cine and vasodilator stress perfusion images from a 55 year old man with stable chest pain on exertion are presented. Still image is a capture from the stress perfusion examination. See cine clips.

Findings
There are low signal intensity perfusion defects involving the subendocardium in the anterior wall and the inferior lateral wall of the left ventricle. Segmental wall motion and systolic function is normal.

Impressions
Inducible ischemia in the LAD and LCX distributions.
