Patient History
43 year old female with cardiac masses on echocardiography (mets from melanoma). A series of images from a CMR examination are presented in the following order: SSFP, T1 BB, T1 BB with fat saturation, T2 BB with fat saturation and LGE
Findings
There are masses in the right atrium and left ventricle which have uniform high signal on T1 weighted imaging (without and with fat saturation), heterogeneous high signal on T2 imaging and heterogeneous enhancement on LGE
