Course Description

This course is intended to help healthcare workers increase their knowledge of the impact of implicit bias on the provision of and outcomes of healthcare.  Students will have the opportunity to evaluate and reflect upon their own implicit biases and will learn strategies for reducing the impact of implicit bias on the provision of healthcare. This course satisfies requirements for Michigan.
