Report

Patient History
55 year old male admitted with a history of chest pain and shortness of breath

Findings
The anterior wall, anterior septum and anterior lateral walls of the left ventricle are thin and akinetic. There is near transmural (> 75% thickness ) late gadolinium enhancement ( LGE) in these segments and the enhancement involves the subendocardium.

Impressions
Myocardial infarction in the Left Anterior Descending (LAD ) coronary artery distribution. Nonviable.
