Patient History
35 year-old female with heart failure and monocular blindness.

Findings
Multiple patchy areas of delayed enhancement, including mid-wall and subepicardial enhancement, and involvement of the interventricular septum are present. The blindness from optic neuropathy favors a multisystem disorder. The left ventricle is dilated with global hypokinesis and a severely depressed ejection fraction
