Report

Patient History
Patient with heart disease received CXR.

Findings
There is evidence of a L-R shunt in the form of enlarged pulmonary arteries, increased pulmonary vascularity and right atrial and right ventricular enlargement.

Impressions
Atrial septal defect

Patient History
Patient with heart disease received CXR.

Findings
A boot shaped configuration to the cardiac silhouette due to an upturned apex caused by RV enlargement is present. The lung fields are oligemic due to reduced vascularity from right ventricular outflow tract obstruction.

Impressions
Tetralogy of Fallot

Patient History
Patient with heart disease received CXR.

Findings
There is linear high density along the pericardium representing calcification best seen on the lateral view.

Impressions
Constrictive pericarditis

Patient History
Patient with heart disease received CXR.

Findings
The left atrium is enlarged causing a double density on the frontal view. There is diversion of blood flow to the upper lung zones and right ventricular enlargement is seen on the lateral view.

Impressions
Mitral stenosis
