Patient History
Patient with heart disease received late gadolinium enhancement cardiac MRI.

Findings
Circumferential LV hypertrophy is present. On LGE there is diffuse hyperenhancement throughout the LV myocardium and an inability to null the myocardium. The RV myocardium is also thickened and exhibits hyperenhancement

Cardiac Amyloidosis

Full thickness transmural enhancement involving the subendocardium in the distal LAD distribution- distal anterior wall, anterior septum, apical cap and apical inferior wall

Myocardial infarction LAD distribution non viable

Patient History
Patient with heart disease received late gadolinium enhancement cardiac MRI.

Findings
Patchy enhancement in the left ventricular myocardium sparing the subendocardium in a non ischemic pattern. Enhancement is present in the basal interventricular septum. The free wall of the RV also enhances.
