There is a defect located immediately posterior to the atrioventricular valves in the inter atrial septum.

Findings
There is a defect located high in the interatrial septum communicating the right atrium–SVC junction with the left atrium. There is partial anomalous pylmonary venous return from the right upper lobe vein which joins the SVC

Sinus venosus ASD

Patient History
Patient with interatrial communication.

Findings
There is a defect between the inferior left atrium and the roof of the coronary sinus, allowing communication between the left and right atria.
