Patient History
A chest x-ray of a patient with heart disease is presented.

Findings
There is evidence of a L-R shunt in the form of enlarged pulmonary arteries, increased pulmonary vascularity and right atrial and right ventricular enlargement.

Impressions
Atrial septal defect.
