• Whether a right Petrous apex mass is asymmetric marrow, trapped fluid, cholesterol granuloma, chondrosarcoma, or petrous apicitis
• Is a mass metastasis, lymphoma, pituitary macroadenoma, chordoma, or chondrosarcoma? 
• Would you classify a parapharyngeal space mass as a lymphadenopathy, pleomorphic adenoma, paraganglioma, or salivary malignancy? 
• Is a right carotid space mass a carotid body tumor, lymphadenopathy, vagal paraganglioma, or vagal schwannoma? 
• Could the cause of headache be cavernous sinus thrombosis, CC fistula, superior ophthalmic vein varix, or normal variant?
