37 y.o. male presents to the ED with back pain since Feb. States seeing orthopedic surgeon. States had 2nd steroid injection Thursday. Seen at PT first Monday and taking tramadol, steroids and muscle relaxants. States last MRI in January. Herniated disc. States tingling left leg/numbness for 1 week. Denies weakness.
