EXAM: Left Ankle radiographs (X-ray), 3 views
INDICATION: 14-year-old male with ankle injury
TECHNIQUE: AP, medial oblique, and lateral views of the ankle were obtained
FINDINGS:
There is fracture through the distal tibial physis and epiphysis, with 7 mm lateral displacement of the distal fracture fragment. Oblique view reveals widening of the ankle mortise at the lateral aspect.
IMPRESSIONS:
Left Tillaux fracture, with minimal displacement of the epiphyseal fragment.
