Course Description
In his fourth series on cardiopulmonary imaging, Dr. Marc Gosselin focuses on imaging in the acute care setting. Join him as he goes in depth on thoracic abnormalities frequently encountered in the ICU with an emphasis on chest radiographs. Learn more about pathologies that typically arise within 12-24 hours, like atelectasis, aspiration, pleural effusions and pulmonary edema. Dr. Gosselin also provides insight on the areas that are often ignored in standard ICU scans and discusses what you need to know about tubes and lines.
