LIVE – Upper Extremities

This CME activity provides radiologists with a practical overview of the use of MR imaging and MR arthrography in the assessment of upper extremities that are encountered daily in clinical practice.

Over the course of 5 days, Drs. Resnick and Pomeranz will provide you with a practical overview on the use of MR imaging and MR arthrography in the assessment of the upper extremities with a focus on the most common articular disorders and internal derangements that are encountered daily in clinical practice. Drs. Resnick and Pomeranz will be joined for guest lectures by Dr. Christine Chung and Dr. Megan Mills.

Desired Outcomes

  • Describe the anatomic features of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand & finger
  • Detail diagnostic findings and differential diagnostic considerations for abnormalities in the upper extremities that are encountered in clinical practices employing MR imaging
  • Accurately identify and communicate findings that require the immediate attention of the referring physician
