This was a patient who was

She was a nurse who was bending

bilateral lower extremity

She had an MRI on the outside,

which showed a T7-8 central disc

herniation that was causing

spinal stenosis,

and there was some mild high

signal intensity at that level

in the spinal cord.

The patient underwent a T8

laminectomy and discectomy,

and after the surgery,
