Corresponding to the area of palpable concern in the retroareolar right breast is a circumscribed dense mass measuring 4.4 cm in maximum dimension. Associated with this dominant mass is a spiculated satellite lesion with associated architectural distortion measuring 1.6 cm. In the upper outer left breast there is another spiculated mass measuring 1.8 cm.
