Report

Patient History
A 54 year-old male has increasing shortness of breath for which a CMR examination was performed

Findings
A ventricular septal defect (VSD), overriding of the aorta, right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) obstruction, and right ventricular hypertrophy (RVH) are present. Note the aorta overriding the RV and the sub-aortic VSD in A. In the RVOT view (B), a dephasing jet from subpulmonic stenosis in systole is shown along with RVH (and incidental note of a LSVC draining to the coronary sinus.
