Report

Patient History
Patient born with congenital defect for which surgery had been performed; referred for cardiac MRI.

Findings
The right ventricle is markedly dilated and there is severe pulmonic insufficiency. Typical post operative complications after primary TOF correction by relief of RVOT obstruction involving pulmonary valvotomy and or patch repair of the RVOT. The anterior wall of the RV below the pulmonary valve region is aneurysmal and enhances indicating fibrotic tissue.

Impressions
Post-operative Tetralogy of Fallot.
