REPORT:

HISTORY: Seizure.

FINDINGS: There is a fracture of the proximal humerus in the setting of a posterior dislocation event. There is a displaced lesser tuberosity fragment with fixed posterior subluxation of the humeral head. Visualized hemithorax is clear

IMPRESSION: Proximal humeral fracture in the setting of posterior dislocation with a relatively fixed posteriorly subluxed humeral head.
