Exam: XR Chest
CLINICAL INDICATION: Re-evaluate presence of foreign object in RLL.
COMPARISON: None
FINDINGS:
No focal airspace opacities, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax. There is a 8 x 8 mm high attenuation object projecting over the right infrahilar region. No concerning focal bone lesions.
IMPRESSION:
High density round 8 x 8 mm metallic object projecting over the right lower lobe, possibly within a right lower lobe bronchus, in keeping with an aspirated foreign body.
