HISTORY: Left elbow pain after a fall on the outstretched hand.

FINDINGS: There is a capitellum fracture with displacement and rotation anterior to the radiocapitellar articulation. Large joint effusion is present. Ulnohumeral alignment is maintained and there is mild posteromedial osteophytes.

IMPRESSION: Capitellar fracture as described with associated joint effusion.
