HISTORY: Wrist injury status post fall.

FINDINGS: There is a wrist dislocation with the capitate posterior to the lunate consistent with a perilunate dislocation. There is rotation of the lunate and mild ventral displacement of the lunate, but the lunate is not dislocated. There is a fracture of the ulnar styloid process. Bony fragment from the ulnar styloid process is displaced dorsally. There is a tiny bony density adjacent to the dorsal aspect of the triquetrum.

IMPRESSION: Perilunate and midcarpal dislocation of the left wrist. Fracture of the ulnar styloid process.
