EXAM: Left Wrist radiographs (X-ray), 2 views

INDICATION: 6-year-old girl with fall onto outstretched hand

TECHNIQUE: AP and lateral radiographs of the wrist were obtained

FINDINGS:

2 view radiographs of the left wrist reveal a torus fracture of the distal left radius, likely extending to the physis, but without significant displacement. Alignment at the radial-carpal articulation is anatomic. The bones of the visualized hand appear normal.

IMPRESSIONS:

Distal left radial torus fracture.
