CASE FINDINGS
- Flexor pollicis longus rupture with the retracted end identified just under a centimeter distal to the 1st carpometacarpal junction and lying lateral to the thumb or in the webspace region is noted proximally.
- Tendinopathic flexor carpi radialis.
- Insufficient attenuated or chronically torn medial oblique or beak ligament. No subluxation is noted.
- Paucity of carpometacarpal joint arthrosis.
- Scant or paucity of scaphomultangular arthrosis with 2mm kissing erosions.

CASE CONCLUSION
Ruptured and retracted flexor pollicis longus position detailed in the body of the report.
