<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 54-year-old male presents with a large left thigh mass.(QUIZ ANSWER) POTENTIAL DIFFERENTIAL:&#160;All of the above.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS: The knee joint is unremarkable. Osseous structures normal in signal intensity. No neoplastic or metastatic disease.A multilobulated encapsulated mass with gross fat intramuscular measuring about 11.7cm in transverse dimension, 21.5cm craniocaudal dimension and 6cm in AP dimension. The lesion is posterior to the adductor magnus muscle deep to the hamstring muscles and pes anserine muscles. Lateral displacement of sciatic nerve and anterior displacement of femoral and popliteal vessels. There are areas of ill-defined soft tissue intensity most prominent at the inferior-most lobe at popliteal fossa. No myoedema.&#160;CONCLUSION:&#160;Multilobulated mass with gross fat and ill-defined soft tissue intensity; differential includes complex lipoma,&#160;spindle cell lipoma and liposarcoma. Consider excisional biopsy.</div>
