<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 55-year-old female presents with right ulnar region mass.(QUIZ ANSWER) IN THIS CASE, THERE IS EVIDENCE OF AN ULNAR ARTERY ANEURYSM:&#160;False.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS: No aneurysm or pseudoaneurysm of the ulnar artery is identified.&#160;A small deep ulnar sided pseudocyst lies immediately palmar to the TFC ulnotriquetral attachment and is 5mm in diameter and could be the source of a palpable mass.&#160;A similar but slightly more conspicuous ganglion pseudocyst is identified on the radial side with a small tail headed towards the ulnar capsule.&#160;Scaphomultangular and 1st carpal-metacarpal joint arthrosis with insufficiency of the beak ligament is noted.&#160;CONCLUSION:&#160;1. No evidence of ulnar artery aneurysm or pseudoaneurysm.&#160;2. The hook of the hamate is intact.&#160;3. Small pseudocysts or ganglion pseudocyst on the ulnar side and small but slightly larger ganglion pseudocyst on the radial side.&#160;4. Radial-sided scaphomultangular and 1st CMC arthrosis.</div>
