<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 36-year-old female patient was boxing, and hit her partner's elbow causing her left wrist to roll under. Now there is dorsal ulnar pain and limited range of motion.(QUIZ ANSWER) IS A FINDING IN THIS CASE:&#160;Triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) tear.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS: The ulnotriquetral and distal as well as ulnar capsular attachments of the TFC are torn with extravasation of contrast through the capsule into the adjacent soft tissues.&#160;The extensor carpi ulnaris sub-sheath remains intact.&#160;The scapholunate ligament is intact.&#160;CONCLUSION:&#160;1. TFCC tear involving the peripheral ulnotriquetral region and capsular attachment / ulnar collateral ligament complex.&#160;2. Intact ECU and its sub-sheath.&#160;3. Intact lunatotriquetral ligament.</div>
