CLINICAL INDICATION: Chest pain
COMPARISON: None
FINDINGS:
Support Devices: None
Lungs/pleura: Large right pneumothorax with complete collapse of the right lung and slight right to left mediastinal shift. The left lung is clear. No pleural effusion.
Heart/mediastinum: The cardiac silhouette appears within normal limits.
Bones/Soft tissues: No acute osseous abnormality.
IMPRESSION:
Large right pneumothorax with complete collapse of the right lung.
Important findings were identified, read back and verified.
