EXAM: XR Chest 1 View Portable
CLINICAL INDICATION: Shortness of breath, nausea or vomiting, body aches and
Covid positive
FINDINGS:
Support Devices: None
Lungs/pleura: No pneumothorax. There are predominantly peripheral patchy
opacities bilaterally.
Heart/mediastinum: Normal.
Other: None
IMPRESSION:
Bilateral patchy predominantly peripheral opacities.
These imaging findings are nonspecific but suggestive of atypical/viral
pneumonia (including COVID-19) in the correct clinical context. Consider
diagnostic testing and droplet precautions as appropriate.
