EXAM: XR Chest 1 View Portable
CLINICAL INDICATION: Shortness of breath.
FINDINGS:
Support Devices: None.
Heart/Mediastinum: Mild to moderate enlargement of cardiac silhouette status
post aortic valve replacement, unchanged.
Lungs/Pleura: Diffuse hazy airspace opacities worse within the lung bases with
Kerley B lines and peribronchial cuffing. No pleural effusion. No pneumothorax.
Clips overlying the left lung apex, unchanged.
Bones/Soft Tissues: Median sternotomy wires remain in alignment.

IMPRESSION:
Interstitial pulmonary edema.
