<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 65-year-old female presents with inability to extend thumb or fingers with weakness at the right wrist. Assess for radial nerve palsy.(QUIZ ANSWER) INCREASED SIGNAL SEEN IN:&#160;All of the above.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS: The bones are in anatomic alignment. The bone marrow signal is normal without evidence of occult fracture, stress fracture, or bone contusion. Moderate wrist arthrosis noted at the edge of the images.&#160;Increased signal noted within the extensor digitorum, extensor digiti minimi, extensor carpi ulnaris, abductor pollicis longus and extensor pollicis longus muscles consistent with neurogenic edema related to entrapment neuropathy involving the posterior interosseous branch of the radial nerve.&#160;The visualized tendons are without abnormality.&#160;No soft tissue mass.&#160;CONCLUSION:&#160;1. Increased signal within the extensor carpi ulnaris, extensor digitorum, extensor digiti minimi, abductor pollicis longus and extensor pollicis longus muscles consistent with entrapment neuropathy of the posterior interosseous branch of the radial nerve.&#160;2. Moderate wrist arthrosis.</div>
