<div>HISTORY:&#160;This 3-year-old male presents with a left forearm mass.(QUIZ ANSWER) MOST LIKELY PRIMARY FINDING IN THIS CASE:&#160;Inflammatory pseudotumor.Using the&#160;diagnostic web viewer, we have provided images that assist in telling our clinical story. Areas of significance are indicated below.FINDINGS: An approximately 2cm in length, 0.4cm in depth and 2.5cm in width area of abnormal signal intensity within the subcutaneous tissue posterior to the proximal ulna. The lesion is hyperintense on T2 sequences and mildly hyperintense on T1 sequences compared to the muscles. No substantive mass effect.&#160;The muscles normal in signal intensity. Osseous structures normal in signal intensity.&#160;There is avid enhancement of the lesion.&#160;CONCLUSION:&#160;A flat lesion at the subcutaneous tissue of the posterior forearm favor inflammatory pseudotumor; differential includes subcutaneous granuloma annulare, fibromatosis of indeterminate aggressiveness.</div>
